1. Bespoke Custom Orders
Each WOODLAB commission is individually tailored to customer-approved specifications, dimensions, wood species, and fabric swatches. Production commences upon receipt of a 50% deposit and written/WhatsApp approval of the 3D CAD render.
2. Natural Wood Characteristics
Solid hardwoods (American Walnut, Burmese Teak, Ash, Oak) are organic natural materials. Subtle grain variations, knots, and natural tone transitions are celebrated hallmarks of genuine solid woodwork and are not deemed manufacturing defects.
3. Lead Times & Delivery Across Pakistan
Standard lead times range from 3 to 4 weeks for standalone furniture pieces and 4 to 6 weeks for full-house millwork and modular kitchens. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen site delays or force majeure events may adjust timelines.
4. 1-Year Warranty
WOODLAB provides a 1-Year Warranty covering framing, joinery, and structural wood integrity against manufacturing faults. This warranty excludes normal fabric wear-and-tear, intentional misuse, or water immersion.
